After digitization, you can decide if you’d like your tapes returned or securely disposed of. Many customers choose disposal to reduce clutter, but we will never discard anything without your clear approval.

We never charge for blank tapes. Since there’s no way for you to know what’s recorded beforehand, we carefully review every tape in full to ensure nothing important is overlooked.
